This face mill gives similar performance to a fly cutter but it can shoulder also. We have brought the  performance of the tri fly In a smaller package. 1in diameter 3flute with a 3/4 shank made from a solid bar of 4140. Great for low Hp machines or any thin work piece needing a good finish. Cutting force is low when facing. Will ship with 3 inserts for aluminum and 3 inserts for steel. Insert size is tcmt 21.51.tcgt 21.52 is also compatible. This face mill shares the same insert as our 10mm and 12mm tcmt boring bars.
